Services

We guide you, you remain you. Each service starts from your real needs, not from an imposed ideal. We analyze, explain and build together a plan that respects your rhythm, proportions and identity.

Because aesthetics only truly work when you find yourself in the final result.

Facial cosmetic surgery

Facial aesthetic surgery at Clepsydra combines medical precision with a deep respect for the natural harmony of each face. Whether we are talking about rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, facelift or otoplasty, each intervention is personalized, carefully planned and performed with modern, safe techniques. Our goal is not transformation, but refinement of features, for a balanced, natural result and in full accordance with your identity.

Minimally invasive procedures

Minimally invasive procedures include injectable and regenerative treatments designed to correct the signs of aging and improve skin quality without surgery. Botulinum toxin (Botox) temporarily relaxes the muscles responsible for expression lines, hyaluronic acid is used for volumization, deep hydration and contouring, and PRP (platelet-rich plasma) stimulates cellular regeneration using the body's own resources. Profhilo acts as a skin bioremodeler, improving elasticity and firmness, while Sculptra stimulates natural collagen production for progressive and lasting results. All procedures are performed safely, based on an individual medical assessment.

Hand surgery

Hand surgery addresses the treatment of conditions that affect the functionality, mobility and comfort of the hand, with a direct impact on daily activities. Interventions target pathologies such as carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, synovial cysts or other conditions of the tendons, nerves and joints. Each case is evaluated individually, and surgical treatment is recommended when conservative solutions are no longer effective, with the objective of relieving pain, restoring function and ensuring the patient's optimal recovery, in medically safe conditions.

Reconstructive surgery & scars

Reconstructive surgery aims to restore the function and appearance of areas affected by injuries, previous interventions or skin conditions. This includes the excision of skin formations and benign or malignant tumors, as well as the correction of post-traumatic or post-surgical scars, with the aim of improving both the aesthetic and functional outcome. Each intervention is planned following a detailed medical consultation, using surgical techniques adapted to each case, for safe results and optimal healing.

Breast surgery

Breast surgery encompasses interventions designed to improve the shape, volume and proportions of the bust, respecting the anatomy and individual needs of the patient. Procedures include breast augmentation to increase volume, breast reshaping to correct asymmetries, mastopexy to lift and redefine the shape of the breasts, as well as corrective interventions after pregnancy, breastfeeding or weight fluctuations. Each intervention is preceded by a complete medical evaluation, with the objective of obtaining a safe, natural and harmonious functional and aesthetic result.

Body surgery

Body surgery includes surgical interventions aimed at correcting excess adipose or skin tissue and improving body proportions. Procedures such as liposuction allow for the remodeling of areas with localized fat deposits, abdominoplasty corrects excess skin and abdominal muscles after pregnancy or weight fluctuations, and brachioplasty targets excess skin on the arms. Labiaplasty is indicated for the correction of functional or aesthetic discomfort in the intimate area, and buttock augmentation aims to increase volume and harmonize body contours. All interventions are performed based on a rigorous medical evaluation, with a focus on safety, functionality and balanced results.
